Goodwood Rental's service offering was developed in response to the demanding requirements of global defence and security experts, QinetiQ Plc. Goodwood Rental has built a market leading service model that has saved the QinetiQ organisation £1.2m in two years. Central to this service is a purpose built software package that meets QinetiQ's unique accounting and security requirements. This online system also saves QinetiQ the time and incalculable cost of dealing with 3,000 lines of invoice each month.
A close working relationship has developed between the two organisations, with Goodwood Rental’s offering continually evolving to meet QinetiQ's changing needs. Goodwood Rental’s performance is measured against a preagreed Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators. In the interests of transparency, the measurement of all rental activity is published on the client's intranet site for all 12,000 employees to view and challenge if necessary.
